ABOUT DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, AND WEATHER
DEPOSITS
A $100 deposit is required to guarantee your day on the water.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations made 30 days or more before your arrival, you may transfer your deposit in full by booking another available date within 1 year of the originally booked date, or you may elect to recoup 80% of your deposit (i.e. $80 of a $100 deposit); the remainder of the deposit will be forfeited. Sorry, no exceptions.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before your arrival, you may transfer your deposit in full by booking another available date within 1 year of the originally booked date, or you may elect to forfeit your entire deposit. Sorry, no exceptions.
For cancellations on re-booked dates, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Sorry, no exceptions. No credit or change will be given for gift certificates. No refunds will be given for gift certificates.
Weather cancellations will be made at the guide's discretion. We fish year 'round in extreme heat and cold, and in the rain (in fact foul weather often makes for very good fishing). We will not fish when high winds, electrical storms, or frozen precipitation are threatening. Trips cancelled on account of weather at the guide's discretion may either be rebooked or have the full deposit refunded, at the client's option.
